Who are We?

LuxeLily was started in 2014 because of our love of garden decor, which started with Fairy Gardens. For over 30 years, our family owned a flower nursery, and it all started with my mom's adoration for Daylilies. Lilies eventually became my favorite flowers, Stargazers to be specific, and my love for garden art also grew. That expanded into home decor, handmade art, jewelry, and more.   

We have sold via online sales platforms and brick and mortar since 2014.  However, Covid hit so many of our small suppliers hard, and they have since closed. Because of this, we have branched out to a larger online audience, have been partnering with other suppliers, and plan on expanding into more markets.

Please note: Returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt, and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before a return can be initiated.

All Returnable Items:

• Returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt, unless otherwise noted in the listing.

Jewelry:

• Jewelry can be returned as long as it is unused, unless otherwise noted in the listing.
• Premier Designs jewelry is a final sale; no returns will be accepted.

Digital Files:

• All digital files are final sale and cannot be returned.

Apparel:

• Most items are produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

  However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we can offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 5 days of product delivery. .

Tumblers:

• Tumblers are made to order; therefore, no returns are allowed.

Apparel

• Processing Time: 2 days
• Shipping Options:
• Economy shipping is 4 to 8 business days within the U.S.
• Standard shipping is 2 to 5 business days within the U.S.

Jewelry 

• Processing Time: Jewelry will be shipped within 1 business day.
• Shipping Options:
  • Standard Ground Advantage: Up to 1 week delivery. Tracking will be sent.
  • Priority Mail: 2 to 3 business days for most U.S. locations.
  • Free Shipping: Jewelry sent via First Class Mail (no tracking and conditions apply).

Digital Files

• Digital files are delivered via email. (See Digital Downloads Policy for details.)

Digital Download Policy

Digital File Delivery

• Emailed: After purchase, files are emailed to the email address used on the purchase. 
• Download: The files will be available to download by logging into your account. 

File Format and Access

• Zipped Files: Most digital files are provided in a zipped folder for your convenience. To access them, open File Explorer, locate the zipped folder, right-click, and select "Extract All." For individual files, double-click the folder to open it and drag or copy your items as needed.

Available File Formats 

• SVG File: Multi-layered for complete customization, compatible with Cricut and Silhouette machines.
• PDF File: Easy to print and use for crafting projects.
• JPG File: Suitable for a wide range of applications.
• PNG File: Features a transparent background for added flexibility.

Importing Instructions

• When uploading the SVG file into Cricut Design Space, you may encounter an error message regarding unsupported pattern fills. Simply click 'Continue,' and the file will upload without any issues.

Usage Permissions

• You may use the files for personal production and for items created for sale. However, sharing or distributing these files without consent is strictly prohibited. Sharing on social media is not allowed.

No Returns or Exchanges

• Due to the digital nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you experience any issues with your files, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Watermark

• Purchased files will not contain any watermarks.
